Nov. 14, 2019

From 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 17, motor carriers may not be able to contact the Motor Carrier Transportation Division (MCTD) by phone or email, nor may they be able to process transactions through Oregon Trucking Online (TOL).

During those hours, the State of Oregon will be conducting updates to various computer systems.  These updates may affect all MCTD services.

We know this is renewal season, so MCTD advises carriers to plan accordingly and complete any necessary transactions by phone or through TOL prior to 5 a.m. Nov. 17 or wait until after the update ends at 1 p.m. Nov. 17.

We apologize for any inconveniences this may create.
