Association Seeks Administrative Coordinator for Product Evaluation Program

AASHTO is taking applications through Aug. 31 for an administrative coordinator to work in the association's engineering division, a position located in the Washington, D.C., headquarters.

The administrative coordinator will report to the program manager for AASHTO's National Transportation Product Evaluation Program, and provide support, database management and website maintenance to the NTPEP and to the AASHTO Product Evaluation Listing.

The person filling this position will perform a variety of tasks, including review of NTPEP payments and invoices for products submitted for evaluation and contact with manufacturers that have outstanding invoices to follow up on payment status as needed.

Among other responsibilities, the coordinator will also assist with routine business processes associated with APEL manufacturers' applications, which include contact with members of the oversight committee and coordination of responses to the manufacturer and third-party test facilities through the online APEL database.

The coordinator will maintain committee websites, handle membership surveys, support committee logistics and perform additional duties as directed.
