AASHTO said the administrative coordinator would perform a wide range of secretarial, research, and administrative tasks, all with a strong focus on discretion and accuracy.
A successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of previous executive administrative support experience that demonstrates substantial responsibility, the organization noted, with post-high school education preferred and either formal or extracurricular training in office and secretarial skills desirable.
AASHTO added that the candidate must also be skilled in the Microsoft Office suite of programs for word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, and the operation of conventional business equipment.
