FREIGHT ALERT-US 395 and SR 21 status in Ferry County

US 395 and SR 21 status in Ferry County



US 395 remains closed at Matsen Creek between the Columbia River Bridge and Canada border (Milepost 249).  Passenger car detour available. No trucks.  Contractor is now on site working.  No projected opening date yet.


SR 21 remains closed at W. Fork Sanpoil River on SR 21 near Gold Creek Road, about 15 miles south of Republic. Temporary bridge construction underway.  No detour.  Possible opening in a few days.


SR 21/Keller Ferry across the Columbia River is in service.


US 395 is open just north of Colville (Milepost 231.5-233). Water across the roadway receded.  (Stevens County)
